CloudRiver’s primary services and communications are business-to-business (B2B). We do not target or market directly to individual consumers, and any personal information collected is incidental and voluntarily submitted through professional channels, such as form submissions, email inquiries, or platform usage.

  • Respond to inquiries and deliver requested demos or materials

  • Improve platform performance, usage analytics, and service delivery

  • Meet legal and regulatory obligations tied to our services

We do not collect personal data unless voluntarily provided, and we do not use consumer data for behavioral profiling or third-party advertising purposes.

B2C App Users and Transactions

For our business-to-consumer (B2C) products—such as mobile or desktop apps—CloudRiver distributes software and services through authorized online app marketplaces, including:

  • Apple App Store (iOS/macOS)

  • Google Play Store (Android)

In such cases:

  • The Terms and Conditions of the respective app store govern all purchases, downloads, licenses, and refunds

  • CloudRiver does not collect or store billing data directly for these transactions

  • Data collected via the app (if any) is covered by in-app disclosures and privacy notices, and complies with Apple and Google data policies.

By using our B2C apps, users agree to the privacy and usage terms imposed by the app marketplace, as well as any CloudRiver end-user license agreements (EULAs) presented during the onboarding process.
